If the Tablet Is Not Charging:

Open the tablet casing.

Check the wire connection to the tablet:

• Ensure it is securely and properly connected.
  
  

If the tablet is connected properly, check the box at the bottom of the cart:

• Verify that the wire is connected correctly there as well.
  
  

If there is still no charge:

• Try using a different charging cable.
  
  

• This will help determine if the issue is with the cable or the tablet itself.
  
  

Only submit a support ticket once you've confirmed whether the cable or tablet is at fault.
