Open the tablet casing.
Check the wire connection to the tablet:
Ensure it is securely and properly connected.
If the tablet is connected properly, check the box at the bottom of the cart:
Verify that the wire is connected correctly there as well.
If there is still no charge:
Try using a different charging cable.
This will help determine if the issue is with the cable or the tablet itself.
Only submit a support ticket once you've confirmed whether the cable or tablet is at fault.
